LATER: *********************************** Much discussion took place. Those angry words, dashed out, but soon everything was cleared. Raoul had not any wish to make charges against Erik, for the kidnapping.
Erik But soon, the others understood why Raoul was so reluctant. Erik had helped him, saved his life, and the two composed beautiful music together.
Raoul Everything was settled. Tujan was there to hear all that was said. He made his apologies to Michel for stirring up so much trouble in the past.
Tujan He’d been influenced by Quinn of course, who would spend the next forty to fifty years in prison.
Quinn They had felt sorry for Quinn’s wife, Faye, and children, Lyle and Joy……..for they were innocent. Michel and Michelle made up. Michel proposed to Michelle that evening. She’d said yes.
Michel Weeks later, they would have a wedding styled after the Japanese. It had been beautiful.

Erik and the others retired to their apartment. Alaina wanted Raoul to take over the De Chagny manor. There were so many memories in the house. It was hard for her to make a new life with Tujan with the memories haunting her. Though she was willing to make a start. It was agreed.
De Chagny house. Raoul would retain his name. They would simply tell others, he’d had amnesia, but he would retain his pen name, and selling of his lyrics under Harrington.
Erik would continue to compose music. Christine decided, she wanted only to stay at home and raise her children.
Christine & Meg Meg had decided this as well, with M. Giry’s help. She would move into the De Chagny manor.
M. Giry The dates were set, for Michel’s wedding. It was in the near future and Michelle would settle in Michel’s humble abode till they could find a bigger place.
**************************** Years Later: *************************** Raoul Harrington took on his old name, De Chagny. He never suffered again from his ill health or legs. He was certain his brother had healed him that day, and was quite certain that Philippe was now at peace. Quinn had suffered for his past, and his killing of Andrew De Chagny.
Philippe Quinn’s little family moved to Amsterdam to live with Faye’s sister. She couldn’t bear the horror of Quinn’s acts and divorced him. But fortunately, she’d moved on, and married again. She’d found a new life. Joy and Lyle Missed their father. Lyle became a lawyer, and Joy went on to be a nun.

Quinn's wife, Faye Raoul didn’t see his brother or parents’ ghost again. Raoul felt certain, whether or not anyone believed him, that his brother and parents had been watching out for him. In time, he would join them but that would be many years later.
Raoul’s wedding which started out, so merry, changed his life forever. In the end, he’d found happiness with Meg Giry (L’Orange)--and the pair were very happy. They’d moved into the De Chagny manor and lived very happy lives. Even Bastille was a happy pup till a ripe old age, having a girlfriend, and a two litters of his own.
Bastille Raoul’s children grew up, knowing happiness. Guinevere Rosette De Chagny became a professional dancer and ballet diva, much to her mother’s and M. Giry’s delight. Gage Raoul De Chagny became a naval officer, and a handsome gentleman of the ton. The women were after him.

Gage (Raoul's son)--De Chagny Christine and Erik had moved back to Paris, leaving Rouen. The servants stayed with them. They had a good marriage, till Christine passed away at the age of forty. She’d lived long enough to see her children, Robinette become a singer in the opera house, and a successful diva. Her son, Valere, a great violinist following in his father’s footsteps.

Robinette When Christine passed away, Erik became the recluse he’d always been, Though he still had contact with Raoul. Their friendship ripened with age, and though the two men liked to spar words, they continued to write music together.
Christine Michelle and Michel had four children. They were successful. Michel became a Magistrate over the gendarmes. A successful gentleman. Michelle was terribly happy. Though, they had continued to spar and argue at times, they never went to bed, angry. They always made up. Michel & Michelle's children:

Marc Michel C'Annett Alaina and Tujan found a nice manor in which to live. She had one daughter, Annabelle, and the pair were content. They were happy, and lived a very long time.

Aunt Leah finally passed at the age of fifty. Her broken heart had never mended.
Aunt Leah Madame Giry lived to a ripe age of 100, and when she finally passed, it was within the opera house.
Elder M. Giry She’d been watching Robinette, and her very own grand-daughter perform. She’d outlived Erik and Christine, Meg and Raoul to write her memoirs, which is why we have this story, Raoul’s Wedding. The End **************************************************
